09 февраля 2004 года АО «SАТ & Company» приняло решение о создании АО «SАТ Airlines». В органах государственной регистрации авиакомпания «SAT Airlines» официально зарегистрировалась 22 декабря 2004 года.

За короткий промежуток времени коллектив авиакомпании смог осуществить все процедуры связанные с прохождением процедур государственной сертификации результатом чего было получение 24 июня 2005 года АО «SАТ Airlines» Генеральной лицензии на право перевозки пассажиров и грузов, Сертификата эксплуатанта КГА РК №АК-0222-05, в декабре 2005 года и Сертификата КГА РК №ИАС0222-05 на выполнение работ по оперативным и периодическим формам технического обслуживания ВС Ту-134 и на их основании получение международных авиационных кодов ИКАО (Международной авиационной организации г. Монреаль, Канада).. Первый рейс на самолете Ту 134 был выполнен 7 января 2006 года в столицу нашей старны – город Астану.

Основной вид деятельности «SАТ Airlines» - выполнение авиаперевозок VIP пассажиров. За пять месяцев своей активной деятельности авиакомпания выполнила 35 чартерных рейсов, на борту Ту-134Б перевезено 594 VIP пассажиров.

Наиболее частые гости на борту нашего авиалайнера – акционеры АО «SАТ Airlines», совершающие деловые поездки в различные регионы Казахстана (г.г. Астана, Актау, Атырау). Кроме этого рейсы авиакомпании выполняются по заказу Министерства иностранных дел Республики Казахстан, коммерческих организаций. В феврале 2006 года была перевезена большая делегация «SAT&Company» по маршруту Алматы-Атырау-Алматы.

Сегодня география полетов авиакомпании охватывает не только города Казахстана, но и города стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья. В «копилке» авиакомпании - полеты в Россию, Белоруссию, Узбекистан, Турцию, Иран, Объединенные Арабские Эмираты. Авиакомпания намерена расширять географию полетов. Самолет Ту134 А имеет систему TAWS, это первый самолет в СНГ оборудованный такой системой. В июле парк авиакомпании пополнится еще одним самолетом Ту 134 проходящим ремонт в г. Минске. Самолет будет оборудован самыми современным оборудованием, в соответствие с требованиями европейского сообщества, салон самолета будет переоборудован фирмой KVAND, одной из ведущих фирм, специализирующихся на переоборудовании. Как и прежде пассажиры нашей компании могут быть спокойны, специалисты авиакомпании особое внимание уделяют безопасности полетов. Мы реально и уверенно смотрим вперед на будущее своей компании.

24 июня 2005 года – этот день мы считаем днем рождения авиакомпании, день, когда АО «SАТ Airlines» признано организацией гражданской авиации, отвечающей всем необходимым требованиям, предусмотренным законодательством Республики Казахстан.

Прошел год, все планы еще не сбылись, но мы целеустремленны, профессиональны, в этом наша сила, а потому мы обязательно добьемся «небесных вершин» для своей компании!

On 09 February, 2004 JSC «SАТ & Company» adopted the resolution on establishment of JSC «SАТ Airlines». «SAT Airlines» was officially registered with the State Registration Agency on 22nd December, 2004.

For a short period of time the airline’s personnel has managed to complete all the procedures connected with the state certification and, as a result, on 24th June, 2005 JSC «SАТ Airlines» obtained the General License for Carriage of Passengers and Cargo, in December of 2005 it obtained the Operator’s Certificate КГА РК №АК-0222-05 and the Certificate КГА РК №ИАС0222-05 for line and periodic maintenance of Ту-134 aircraft, and on their basis the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization, Montreal, Canada)) international aviation codes were assigned to the airline. The first flight by Ту-134 aircraft was carried out on 7th January to Astana, the capital of our country.

Principal activities of «SАТ Airlines» include air carriage of VIP passengers. For five month of its vigorous activities the airline carried out 35 chartered flights and 594 VIP passengers were carried by Ту-134 aircraft.

The most constant guests aboard our airliner are JSC«SАТ Airlines’» shareholders making business trips to different regions of Kazakhstan (Astana, Aktau, Atyrau cities). In addition, the airline’s flights are carried out by request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and against orders of commercial organizations. In February, 2006 a large group of the «SAT&Company’s» personnel’s members was carried along the route of Almaty-Atyrau-Almaty.

Today the geography of the airline’s flights covers cities of not only Kazakhstan but also of near-and far-abroad countries. The airline has the experience of flights to Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Iran, the United Arab Emirates. The Ту-134 aircraft is equipped with the TAWS system and is the first aircraft in the CIS countries, which is equipped with such a system. In July the airline’s fleet will be replenished with one more Ту-134 aircraft which is now under repair in Minsk. The aircraft will be equipped with up-to-the-minute equipment in compliance with the European Union’s requirements, and the aircraft cabin will be re-equipped by the KVAND firm, one of the leading firms specializing in re-equipment. As before, passengers of our company can feel great security because the airline’s specialists do devote special attention to flight safety. We do positively and with confidence look forward to our company future.

24th June, 2005 is the date which we consider as the day of the airline’s birth, when JSC «SАТ Airlines» was recognized as a civil aviation organization satisfying all the necessary requirements provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

One year has elapsed, and not all of the plans are implemented, but we are purposeful and professional, and our strength is therein, therefore we will certainly achieve “high heavens”. for our company!
